Digital Marketing Specialist

Placement: BSD - Tangerang

Things you'll be doing:

  • Craft strategy, and create/optimise campaigns across channels while maintaining efficiency and ROAS/ROI
  • Maintain and monitor relevant dashboards to take actionable insights to achieve specific KPIs
  • Work closely with relevant teams (i.e: internal marketing, external partners) to ensure ads quality, deliverability, and performance

Things we look for:

  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing operation.
  • Strong experience in serving and ads management technology such as Facebook Ads and Google Display and Search
  • Strong analytical skills (i.e: A/B testing) and familiar with digital analytics tools (i.e: AppsFlyer, Google Analytics)
  • Have experience in eCommerce industry is an advantage
  • Self-driven, always eager to learn more, and enjoy uncovering the story behind marketing-data
